We are looking for experienced Call Centre Advisors to work for a prestigious brand based in Redditch.
Your role as Call Centre Advisor will be to work within the Call Centre Team providing accurate and timely administrative support to the business, ensuring records and administration is kept in line with the company guidelines accuracy is key and therefore KPI’s are in place to endure discrepancy is monitored closely to avoid errors.

Roles and responsibilities
You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers wanting to place orders either for the first time or repeat Customers looking to add place another order or simply add onto a current order. Adherence to all customer processes is vital and you will be expected to update all contact details on the company management system. Once training is complete you will be communicating with customers discussing and queries in a polite, efficient and timely manner. You will have a full management team to guide you and full training is provided.
